General Admission (GA) Wristband Distribution
To ensure a smooth entry process for GA ticket holders, CHI Health Center Omaha will be using a wristband system. Here are the key details for wristband distribution:
When to Arrive: Fans can begin lining up no earlier than 7 AM on Sunday, November 17. The line will begin at the CHI Health Center Omaha Grand Hallway doors labeled “Convention Center” (north of Cass Street along 10th Street). Please note that camping is not permitted on the MECA campus.
Wristband Distribution: Distribution starts at 9 AM and goes on until 11 AM. After 11 AM, the building will be cleared and access restricted.
Entry Queue: The GA entry queue will begin at 3 PM in the Grand Hallway, where fans will line up in wristband number order. Fans who do not receive a wristband in advance may line up after the early entry queue at that time on a first come, first served basis.
Important Wristband Notes:
- No Camping: Camping overnight or before 7 AM is not permitted on the MECA campus.
- One Wristband per Ticket: Only one wristband will be issued per ticket holder, and you must be present to receive it.
- Keep Your Wristband Intact: The wristband must remain intact and undamaged to ensure you keep your place in line.
- Exit After Wristband Pickup: Once you receive your wristband, fans will be asked to exit the building until the 3 PM queue time begins.
- Late Arrivals: Fans arriving after 3 PM who did not receive a wristband can still line up but will join the queue on a first-come, first-served basis behind those with wristbands.
- CHI Health Center Omaha will only honor the venue’s numbered wristband system.
Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange
The tour wants to give fans, not scalpers, the best chance to buy tickets at face value. To make this possible they have chosen to use Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange.
- If fans purchase tickets for a show and can’t attend, they’ll have the option to resell them to other fans at the original price paid.
- To help protect the Exchange, the tour has requested all tickets be mobile only and restricted from transfer.
More information on how the Ticketmaster Exchange works is available here.
Water Bottles & Clear Bag Policy
Staying hydrated during the show is important, and CHI Health Center Omaha welcomes fans to bring clear plastic water bottles (up to 20 oz in size) for refills at available water stations.
Additionally, please note the clear bag policy in effect for the event. Only clear bags will be allowed, so make sure to plan accordingly. There will be no bag storage available on-site.
Cash-Free Venue & Payment Info
CHI Health Center Omaha is a cash-free facility. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, so be sure to bring your preferred payment method for any purchases inside the venue. Multiple Cash-2-Card machines are on site that function as reverse ATMs, providing a debit card for the amount of cash inserted. There are no fees associated with utilizing these machines.
Extended Public Transit Hours
Join the effort to make the HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR more sustainable by carpooling or taking public transportation to and from the show to help reduce greenhouse gas pollution.
In conjunction with Billie Eilish’s show at CHI Health Center Omaha, Metro Transit has announced extended ORBT hours with service available until midnight for fans who’d like to utilize public transit to downtown Omaha.
