Cash-Free Experience

To provide a faster, more efficient experience for all guests, we only accept mobile payments, credit and debit cards at the box office, concessions, merchandise stands and bars. 

For your convenience, we offer Cash-2-Card machines, which function as reverse ATMs, allowing you to convert cash into a prepaid debit card. These machines are located throughout the venue and provide a secure, easy way to access funds without the need to use your bank or credit card.  Best of all, there are no fees associated with using these machines. 

Cash-2-Card Machine Locations: 

• Main Entrance (in the CHI Health Center Omaha Grand Hallway) 

• Concourse Level (near Guest Services outside Section 116) 

• Concourse Level (Lexus Club entrance outside Section 108)
