Directions via NW Radial Hwy E and Cuming Street: 

  • Head southeast on NW Radial Hwy E toward NW Radial Hwy E 
  • Continue straight onto NE-64 E 
  • Use any lane to turn left onto Cuming Street 
  • (Pass by McDonald’s on the left in 1.8 miles) 
  • Continue on Cuming Street  
  • Turn right on 10th Street 
  • Arrive at CHI Health Center Omaha on east side of 10th Street

Directions via I-480 E: 

  • Take I-80 E 
  • Take I-480 E to N 14th St – Exit 3A from I-480 E 
  • Take Capitol Avenue to 10th Street 
  • Turn left on 10th Street 
  • Arrive at CHI Health Center Omaha on east side of 10th Street

Directions via West Broadway, Council Bluffs: 

  • Head west on West Broadway 
  • (Pass by Jiffy Lube on the right in 0.9 miles) 
  • Continue for 2.5 miles 
  • Continue onto Exit Interstate 480 (signs for US 6 W) 
  • Continue onto I-480 W/US-6 W 
  • (Entering Nebraska) 
  • Use the right lane to take Exit 4 for US-6/Dodge Street toward Event Ctr-Ballpark/Eppley Airfield 
  • Turn right onto N 10th Street 
  • Arrive at CHI Health Center Omaha on east side of 10th Street
