A temporary traffic disruption will affect drivers accessing CHI Health Center Omaha, especially those parking in Lot A.
Due to Omaha Streetcar utility relocation and mainline track construction, Capitol Avenue eastbound from 10th Street to 8th Street is closed.
8th Street southbound is closed from Capitol Avenue to Harney Street.
Additionally, 10th Street is closed between Farnam and Harney Street.

Parking Lot A: To enter Lot A, guests can access northbound 8th Street via Douglas Street or Harney Street. Guests can also access Lot A via Riverfront Drive, then turn right onto 8th Street.
To exit Lot A, guests must turn right onto 8th St and continue onto Capitol Avenue.
Detours and altered traffic patterns may slow travel times when approaching or leaving the venue. Drivers should plan for extra time when traveling to or from the CHI Health Center.
