A temporary traffic disruption will affect drivers accessing CHI Health Center Omaha, especially those parking in Lots A & B.
Due to Omaha Streetcar utility relocation and mainline track construction, 8th Street between Capitol Avenue and Riverfront Drive will be closed
8th Street is closed between Douglas Street and Farnam Street. Also, 8th Street between Farnam and Harney is closed.
Additionally, Farnam Street westbound from 10th Street to 8th Street is closed.
Due to road closures for the Men’s College World Series, Mike Fahey Street from 13th Street to 10th Street is closed. Lot C is also closed.

Parking Lot A: This closure will directly impact those trying to enter or exit Lot A at CHI Health Center Omaha. To enter Lot A, guests can take Douglas St to 8th St, turn left onto 8th St, then right into Lot A.
To exit Lot A, guests must turn left onto 8th Street, then left onto Riverfront Drive, or follow the detour onto Douglas Street and back onto 10th St.
Parking Lot B: This closure will directly impact those trying to enter or exit Lot B at CHI Health Center Omaha. Guests must take 12th Street northbound to enter Lot B and take 12th Street southbound to exit Lot B.
Detours and altered traffic patterns could lead to slower travel times when approaching or leaving the venue. Drivers should plan for extra time when traveling to or from the CHI Health Center.
