Upon request, the CHI Health Center Guest Services department may provide complimentary wheelchair escorts on a first-come, first-served basis. Escorts can be made available at any entrance. Guests will be met by a wheelchair attendant and escorted to their seat location. Wheelchair escorts may not be offered during some Convention Center events.
Wheelchair storage is provided at CHI Health Center Omaha Guest Services locations for individuals who wish to transfer from their wheelchair to a seat during an event. Staff members will make arrangements to return the wheelchair during a time frame of your preference. In the Arena, Guest Services is located behind Section 116 on the Main Concourse. In the Convention Center, it’s located outside of Hall B in the Grand Hallway.
CHI Health Center Omaha has reserved ADA seating throughout the Arena. For each seat reserved by a guest with a disability, companion seating is also available in every price point. These seats come in a wide price range and are selected to allow for convenient entry and exit, as well as ease of access to restrooms and concessions stands for guests with limited mobility. The Arena’s Premium Suites and Club Lounge are also accessible for ADA guests who are ticketed for these areas. Accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster and the CHI Health Center Omaha box office. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate you require ADA seating so that we may properly assist you. To arrange seating for a group with special needs, please contact CHI Health Center Omaha Group Sales at 402.599.6818.
