The Event Organizer is requiring all attendees of this event to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR to have received a negative diagnostic COVID-19 test within 48-hours prior to entering the venue. In attending the event, you certify and attest that you and all individuals in your party attending the event will abide by the following regulations:
All fans will provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (14 days past final vaccination shot), OR will present proof of a negative diagnostic COVID-19 test within 48-hours of the event. Unvaccinated fans under 12 years of age will be required to take a diagnostic COVID-19 test within 48-hours before the event and will provide proof of negative result prior to entering the venue. There will be staff checking vaccination and/or proof of negative tests at each venue and denying entry to those non-compliant with these requirements.
Mask wearing will be required. Entry requirements and venue protocols are subject to change.

Fans who’d like to lineup early for Billie Eilish General Admission (GA) at CHI Health Center Omaha will utilize a wristband system for show entry.
Wristbands will become available at 8:00 AM on Wednesday, March 16. Each wristband will be numbered in the order which it was given out.
Wristband distribution will be available from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM by entering the main CHI Health Center Omaha Grand Hallway doors labeled “Convention Center”, located north of Cass Street along 10th Street. After 1:00 PM, the building will be cleared and access restricted.
The GA entry queue will begin at 4:00 PM in the Grand Hallway, at which point fans may line up in the order of their numbered wristbands (starting with 1, 2, 3 and so on). Fans should also be prepared to present appropriate Health Check information at that time. Face masks are required. Public doors will open at approximately 6:00 PM.
Please note:
- Only one wristband may be issued per ticket holder.
- Original wristbands must remain intact and untampered in order to assure its numbered place in line.
- Fans exit the building after receiving their wristband.
- Early queueing is not required for GA entry.
- Fans who arrive after 4:00 PM and who have not received a wristband may line up behind the early queue on a first come, first served basis.
- Please note that camping is not permitted on the MECA campus.
- A failure to present Health Check information will result in a denial of entry.
Following the release of her latest single ‘Your Power,’ and ahead of the July 30 release of her forthcoming album ‘Happier Than Ever,’ Darkroom/Interscope Records artist Billie Eilish has announced the first leg of her Happier Than Ever, The World Tour, set to commence in February 2022.
The seven-time GRAMMY Award winning artist and songwriter has also confirmed she will be continuing her work with sustainability partner REVERB for her Happier Than Ever, The World Tour, with the fan-facing Billie Eilish Action Village at each show which will focus on climate action and climate justice, hosting and supporting BIPOC and women-led environmental organizations as well as a comprehensive program via REVERB’s forthcoming Music Climate Revolution campaign. In addition to reducing the tour’s environmental footprint, the initiative will support projects that directly and measurably eliminate greenhouse gases. These collective efforts will make the tour Climate Positive; eliminating significantly more emissions than the tour creates.
