As the clock winds down on 2023, Omaha is gearing up for a spectacular send-off to the old year and a grand welcome to the new one with the grand finale of the Holiday Lights Festival. The highlight of the evening will be a mesmerizing firework show, promising a dazzling display of lights and colors, providing a fitting end to the year.
Launch and Viewing Location
The festivities are set to unfold near 10th & Cass Street, conveniently located near the CHI Health Center and Charles Schwab Field Omaha. Attendees are invited to experience the magic of the fireworks from the comfort of their vehicles, making it a family-friendly affair that ensures warmth and safety.
The Sky as a Canvas
The aerial spectacle will be launched from Parking Lot D at the CHI Health Center. It’s a visual treat that promises to be up-close and personal, creating a breathtaking display visible from recommended viewing areas. Early birds can take advantage of free parking in the vicinity, with Downtown Omaha parking meters graciously offering complimentary parking after 5 p.m. on December 31, courtesy of Park Omaha.
Arrive early for FREE parking to view the show in the recommended viewing areas (lots open at 6 p.m.).
